provided.
Kitchen/Dining/Sitting Room luxury fully fitted kitchen units, split
level electric oven and electric hob, built in microwave, larder
fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. Circular dining table seating 4,
French door to patio. French style fireplace with electric heater, 3
seater sofa, Sky tv/dvd.
Cloakroom with washbasin and toilet on ground floor.
Fuel all inclusive, electric under floor heating and oil central
heating.
There is a rear courtyard with a water feature, swing seat, bench,
table and chairs 4 steps down to French door and into cottage.
Parking at rear.
