Kitchen/Dining/Lounge open plan with luxury fitted kitchen - split level electric oven and hob, integrated microwave, larder fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Dining table and chairs seating 4, French style fireplace with electric heater, 2 x 2 two seater cream sofas, Sky tv/dvd, French doors to patio area.
Fuel, electric and under floor heating inclusive throughout the year.
Grounds: 2 patio areas immediately outside cottage and extensive unenclosed garden with seating areas throughout.
NB this property is unsuitable for children under 8 years
of age.
